• Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide may be used for the project and do not infringe another party’s rights.

4. Fees and Payment

• Project fees and payment schedules will be agreed before work begins.
• Late payment may delay delivery or result in additional charges where agreed.
• Once work has started, payments are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties should protect confidential or proprietary information shared during an engagement. We may include completed work in our portfolio unless an applicable non-disclosure agreement or written arrangement prevents it.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers, platforms, or vendors to support services such as media buying, influencer partnerships, and software tools. Those providers may have their own terms, and we are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by their services.

7. Results and Liability

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, so we do not promise a particular level of sales, engagement, reach, or other result. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

8. Ending an Engagement

Either party may end an engagement by giving written notice as provided in the applicable agreement. Any outstanding amounts for work performed remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
