4. Payment & Fees

Fees for our Services are agreed upon before project commencement.
Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.
No refunds will be provided once the project work has commenced, except in cases explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during engagements.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA prohibits us.

6. Third-Party Services

We may collaborate with third-party vendors for specific services (e.g., media buying, influencer partnerships, software tools, etc.).
We are not liable for issues arising from third-party service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality marketing solutions, but we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, engagement, or reach improvements.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with prior written notice as per the terms of the contract.
Upon termination, clients must clear any outstanding payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
